I had not needed to visit Essentially Mobile for... read more 2+ years as everything had been working just fine (Until I dropped my phone and the fingerprint scanner stopped working and I cracked my screen). So I reached out to John and got my phone booked in for a repair. The staff at the front desk were helpful, polite and well presented. My phone screen was replaced and a complimentary battery replacement was completed at the same time. EM identified an issue with my charging port and sorted that out too. When I arrived to pickup my phone it was not quite ready, I advised I was on the school run and needed to pick up my son. They expedited the repair and I was able to get out of there on time to pick up my son. A big thanks to John and Rob and their wonderful team! Very nice service. Really happy with repair work. My samsung phone was fixed under warranty but they self diagnosed other issues and fixed them as well for free.

Managed to get a broken screen on a less than 2 week old device, Pixel 7 Pro. Tried somewhere else more local to me, was told screens not available yet.... read more Thought I'd try Essentially Mobile, bit harder to get to but heard good things about them. Called to see if screen could be sourced, was told yes and to drop device in, price was also reasonable. Unfortunately the day after dropping it in I got a call saying their supplier couldn't find the screen they were meant to have. Didn't hold this against EM as have been in the same situation where I work. They offered to keep looking for a screen and advise how they went, did say it could well be a week or two (thankfully I had my old phone to use in the meantime!). Got a call a few days later that they had found some screen and ordered and would advise when ready. Went in and collected device when ready, staff were friendly, screen looks good, device works as it did, and they managed to do it without having to do a reset. Excellent service, great communication and highly recommended.

Honest and helpful team. I dropped in to ask them to replace my iPhone 6 + lightning socket, because it hasn't been charging properly. He diagnosed the problem immediately... read more as grime in the socket and cleaned it out for free. He could have easily ripped me off by close to $100 for unnecessary work.
