So I reached out to John and got my phone booked in for a repair. The staff at the front desk were helpful, polite and well presented. My phone screen was replaced and a complimentary battery replacement was completed at the same time. EM identified an issue with my charging port and sorted that out too. When I arrived to pickup my phone it was not quite ready, I advised I was on the school run and needed to pick up my son. They expedited the repair and I was able to get out of there on time to pick up my son. A big thanks to John and Rob and their wonderful team!
