I had not needed to visit Essentially Mobile for... read more 2+ years as everything had been working just fine (Until I dropped my phone and the fingerprint scanner stopped working and I cracked my screen). So I reached out to John and got my phone booked in for a repair. The staff at the front desk were helpful, polite and well presented. My phone screen was replaced and a complimentary battery replacement was completed at the same time. EM identified an issue with my charging port and sorted that out too. When I arrived to pickup my phone it was not quite ready, I advised I was on the school run and needed to pick up my son. They expedited the repair and I was able to get out of there on time to pick up my son. A big thanks to John and Rob and their wonderful team! Fantastic customer service and professional advice for 15+ years, you have a loyal customer here! (I'll be in contact to book my wife's phone in for repairs soon!)

Highly recommend! Fixed a big audio hardware issue on my iPhone in less than 24 hours and at a much (much) cheaper cost than the Mac store. Friendly and knowledgeable service!

I smashed the LED screen in my samsung flip, rang them, express posted the phone to them and they were able to fix it... read more and have it mailed back out to me the next day. I would 100% recommend them for mobile repairs. Thank you so much guys. They took the stress out of the situation, made contact with me when needed and made the whole process as stress free as possible right before Christmas.

Honest and helpful team. I dropped in to ask them to replace my iPhone 6 + lightning socket, because it hasn't been charging properly. He diagnosed the problem immediately... read more as grime in the socket and cleaned it out for free. He could have easily ripped me off by close to $100 for unnecessary work.
